About the Job

As part of the Allianz Technology Data Office, we are seeking a dynamic Data & AI Solutions Expert to play a pivotal role in delivering our data strategy.

In this critical hands-on role, you will lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact Data & AI solutions, you are an expert in orchestrating complex ETL processes, building data warehouses and driving the adoption of data technologies and solutions. If you are passionate about data and have a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions, this role is for you.

What you do

• Work with business, tech, and support teams to align and deliver data solutions, considering the entire data lifecycle on cloud and on prem landscapes.
• Identify new opportunities to drive data transformation through embedding data and advanced analytics into daily operations to drive continuous improvement and change.
• Lead design and development of robust data pipelines and high-impact data solutions and insights, including advanced analytics and ML solutions
• Work with data managers to adhere to data quality rules, benchmarks, and metrics, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Increase automation, optimization of data processing methods and integration of complex business logic to scale complex data sets. Develop and communicate best practices to tell effective stories through data solutions.
• Promote use of common data models and frameworks to foster a data-driven culture and advocate for data management benefits.
• Provide expert analysis to support business planning and transformation programs. Engage with leadership and functional leads to ensure alignment and support.

What you bring

• At least 8 years’ experience in Data & AI solution delivery, with at least 4 years of management or leadership experience a plus.
• Proven track record in leading delivery of Data & AI projects within the IT services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Data & AI project management, from ideation to implementation.
• Strong knowledge and experience in data and AI technologies, tools, and platforms. Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft cloud platform and related services.
• Expertise in programming languages, including Python and ML libraries. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
