Role Description The Data Analysis Trainee role at MedTourEasy is a full-time remote position focused on learning and applying foundational data analysis skills. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, assisting in basic data analytics and statistical analysis, and supporting the creation of simple data models and visualizations. The trainee will help prepare reports and summaries that communicate key findings to team members in a clear and structured way. The role involves collaborating with mentors, following established processes, and continuously improving analytical skills through guided training and feedback.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics and an interest in applying statistical concepts to real data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain findings and collaborate with team members.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Data Modeling principles or a willingness to learn them.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing time independently, and using common productivity and collaboration tools.
• Candidates should ideally have a relevant academic background (e.g., in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, or Python) is beneficial.
