Program Description The Data Analyst Traineeship is a remote program focused on supporting data-driven projects for MedTourEasy’s healthcare analytics initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, conducting basic statistical analysis, and assisting in building data models for reporting and insights. The trainee will help prepare dashboards, visualizations, and summary reports under supervision, and contribute to documenting methods, assumptions, and findings. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world healthcare data, collaboration with senior analysts, and opportunities to learn best practices in analytics and data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics and the ability to interpret quantitative results.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling or a willingness to learn data modeling techniques.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, curiosity about healthcare data, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
