Job Description Technical and analytics skills (core) Strong experience with SQL/Oracle SQL, data analytics, coding; Strong knowledge and experience on data models, schemas and data lineage Experience working with enterprise reporting platforms, delivering reporting related projects Ability to collect business reporting requirements, Ability to read the data codes, understand complex logic in the rules and translate them into business language and assess if there is the underlying weakness in the logic. (core skill) Strong data quality, control and exception handling mindset Domain knowledge Banking sectors Payments knowledge Regulatory knowledge relating to banking operations incl. Privacy Act, AML Act, Spam Act. Business Analysis Skills Strong experience producing: Functional & technical requirement documents, Reporting specifications, and Data dictionaries and metric definitions Ability to challenge assumptions and identify downstream impacts early Soft skills: Can do attitude, growth mindset and willing to go above and beyond; Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward delivery
