What you will be doing: Map and optimise complex business processes while identifying root causes for ambiguous operational challenges to deliver impactful solutions. Apply end-to-end systems thinking to design high-quality solutions that align with the broader technology and data architecture. Partner closely with technology and software teams to deliver system enhancements and manage small-to-medium software and integration builds. Analyse end-to-end workflows and integration points, such as APIs and ETL, to ensure seamless data movement and integrity across platforms. Build credibility with senior stakeholders by leading workshops, managing expectations, and driving consensus through structured discussions. Manage the entire project lifecycle - from initial requirements and discovery through to UAT, release, and adoption - while quickly adapting to new business domains. What our client is looking for: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and optimising complex business processes. A strong ability to apply design and systems thinking to create effective, high-quality solutions. Proven experience partnering with technology teams to deliver system enhancements and manage small-to-medium builds throughout the project lifecycle. A solid understanding of data management, API integrations, and end-to-end system workflows. The ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders, structure constructive discussions, and drive consensus. A dynamic approach to diagnosing ambiguous problems, identifying root causes, and rapidly adapting to new business domains.
