Overview: We are seeking a forward-thinking Data Analyst / Software Developer who combines strong analytical skills, software development expertise, and a passion for leveraging AI driven solutions to solve complex business challenges. This role goes beyond traditional data analysis, focusing on data transformation, cloud-based technologies, automation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. The ideal candidate is curious, innovative, and eager to explore emerging technologies while helping shape the future of data driven solutions within our organization. What you will do: Analyze, transform, and validate data between source and destination systems using modern development practices, automation techniques, and AI assisted tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and delivery speed. Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies to streamline processes, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and accelerate solution delivery. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements, participate in design sessions, and present ideas and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. Define, design, and implement data transformation solutions ranging from incremental enhancements for existing customers to complex enterprise scale implementations for new customers. Troubleshoot and resolve production and customer issues as part of a rotating on-call support schedule, leveraging both traditional diagnostic techniques and AI enabled diagnostic tools where appropriate. Participate in peer reviews and technical design discussions to ensure solutions meet quality, security, maintainability, and performance standards. Stay current with emerging technologies, AI innovations, and industry trends, bringing new ideas and continuous improvement opportunities to the team and the broader organization. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering or related field AI first mindset. Multiyear experience with data analytics and transformation Python use and development Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EventBridge, et al.) API design, development and use experience Strong working experience with JSON, XML, and XSLT Technical Skills Languages: Python, XSLT Cloud: AWS - S3, Lambda, EventBridge Version Control: GitHub / GitLab Infrastructure as code: Terraform Demonstrable AI cowork and code tool use proficiency Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in team settings Detail oriented with strong organization skills A balanced approach to task management AI Skills/Knowledge: Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development tasks Use AI for code review, documentation, and test generation Familiarity with LLM APIs and agentic workflows Understands responsible AI principles including bias, security, and explainability Proficient in using AI to accelerate data preparation for performance and regression testing Preferred Skills (a plus but not required): Experience with data validation tools Familiarity with data transformation frameworks Exposure to streaming data pipelines Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment #LI-ZB1 The personal data that you provide as a part of this job application will be handled in accordance with relevant laws.
