Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Reporting Produce regular operational and management reports. Develop insightful dashboards and visualisations. Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support business requirements. Present findings through clear, compelling data storytelling. Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities. Identify performance improvements through data-driven recommendations. Support business units with meaningful operational insights. Translate business questions into analytical solutions. Data Modelling & Visualisation Design and maintain robust data models. Develop intuitive dashboards that simplify complex information. Ensure data is presented in a way that enables timely and effective decision-making. Data Governance & Quality Promote high standards of data quality and integrity. Support data governance initiatives and best practices. Help ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies. Work with stakeholders to improve data consistency across systems. Business Partnership Collaborate with teams across the organisation to understand business needs. Promote a data-driven culture by empowering stakeholders through analytics. Support strategic initiatives with accurate, reliable information. Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using SQL for querying and analysing data. Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms. Strong understanding of data modelling. Excellent communication, presentation skills and story telling with Data. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Desirable Skills: Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Experience working in the telecommunications industry. Understanding of data governance and GDPR principles. You'll succeed in this role if you: Turn complex datasets into clear business insights.
