We’re seeking a motivated HR Intern to play a vital role in supporting our HR team! In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and helping organize engaging employee events. Duties and responsibilities: File HR documents, manage correspondence, and provide general administrative support to the HR team Assist with the onboarding process for new hires Update and maintain accurate employee databases, records, and files Input data into HR systems, help collect information from employees, and assist in preparing reports and presentations Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and support Employer Branding initiatives Address employee inquiries, and help with internal communications Perform other duties as determined by the Senior Members of the HR team / Chief People Officer Required knowledge, skills and experience: You are a final-year Bachelor or Master’s student in the process of getting your degree in HR / Business Administration / Economics or other related field You possess strong organisational skills; you have an eye for detail, and you are a solution seeker You possess excellent written and oral communication skills You are proactive and a team player Ability to work professionally and tactfully with employees at all levels
