At Data Impact, we are looking for a Data Analyst who can go beyond reporting and dashboards — someone who can understand business problems, work with data, and turn analysis into actionable insights.
What you'll work on• Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis and data quality checks
• Build and optimize dashboards, reports and KPI tracking
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis
• Turn analytical results into actionable business insights
• Work closely with Customers, PMs, BAs, DEs and technical teams
• Identify data quality issues and propose improvements
• Apply AI and automation to improve analytical workflows
• Explore opportunities to automate reporting and optimize processes
What we're looking forMust-have
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or equivalent
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate Business Requirements into Data Insights
• English equivalent to IELTS 6.5+, confident in communication
• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Information Systems or related fields
Strong plus⭐ Business analysis experience in Manufacturing / Production / Logistics
⭐ Interest in developing toward an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) role
⭐ Python for data analysis or reporting automation
⭐ Experience working with international customers in an Agile/Scrum environment
