Job Description

As a Data Analyst at ARKET, you will play a key role in understanding customer behaviour and digital performance across arket.com. By turning data into actionable insights, you will help teams make better commercial decisions, improve customer experiences and identify new growth opportunities.

In this role, you will work across analytics, experimentation and digital performance, partnering closely with stakeholders throughout the business.

You will:

  • Analyse customer, commercial and digital performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Drive insights that support business decisions across Digital CX and Sales, Merchandising and Marketing.
  • Own the expirimentaion road map and drive A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimise customer journeys and conversion.
  • Be the voice of the customer by suggesting actions based on NPS/Customer feedback findings
  • Build dashboards, performance reporting and self-service insights that increase data visibility across teams.
  • Ensure high-quality measurement and tracking by partnering with Product and Development teams.

Who you'll work with

You will be part of ARKET's digital organisation and collaborate closely with colleagues across Digital CX and Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Product. Working alongside Product Managers, Experience Designers, Developers and Data specialists, you will help shape how data and customer insights drive business decisions and improve the online customer experience.



Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial curiosity and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You have:

  • Experience working with web analytics, digital performance analysis or e-commerce analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), visual analytics tools and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or similar.
  • Experience working with SQL and large datasets, preferably including BigQuery.
  • Experience analysing customer behaviour and translating insights into business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting experimentation, A/B testing or conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Additional Information

This is a full time temporary contract for 12 months based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Södermalm
