【Responsibilities】

1. Conduct business data analysis by developing a deep understanding of business operations, identifying and defining key business metrics, and preparing core daily reports and in-depth business analysis reports.
2. Develop comprehensive data analysis plans based on different stages of business development or specific business needs. Build, refine, and continuously optimize effective data analysis frameworks.
3. Identify limitations in existing analytical approaches and develop innovative methodologies to address complex business problems, continuously improving the efficiency and accuracy of business analysis.
4. Unlock the value of data by identifying trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting business decision-making. Responsible for data analysis related to transaction products and wealth management products.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Marketing, to improve business efficiency through data-driven insights and solutions.

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with experience in the financial services industry are preferred. 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
2. Strong capabilities in data extraction and analysis, with proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with BI tools such as Volcengine DataWind is preferred.
3. Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking, with a structured and logical approach to problem-solving. Able to develop a deep understanding of business processes, proactively identify issues, and provide timely feedback.
4. Proactive, resilient under pressure, highly adaptable, and a strong team player.
5. Preferred: Relevant experience in AI or AI-related projects.
6. Fluent English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently in a fully English-speaking environment, including direct communication with international colleagues and stakeholders.
