In this role you will: We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team in Barcelona for a 6-month period starting in January 2027. Your future missions: Ensure data reliability and accessibility; Ensure the reliability of data coming from different sources; Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to the operations team; Create value through analytics; Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers; Conduct in-depth analyses on topics at the crossroads of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, upskilling, etc.); Produce ad hoc analyses and be proactive in proposing operational improvements; Improve the productivity of several business teams; Automate bonus calculations for our sales team of over 400 people spread across France and Spain; Automate certain team tasks through the creation of new innovative tools Implement alerting systems to spot potential issues and anticipate market changes; Your profile: Academic background : You are currently studying or have graduated from an engineering or business school, ideally with a strong focus on data, technology, analytics, or quantitative subjects. Experience: You have at least 6 months of previous experience, including an internship, in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a technical role. We are also interested in relevant academic, personal, or side projects that demonstrate your ability to work with data. SQL : You have hands-on experience with SQL and are comfortable querying, manipulating, and analyzing data. SQL experience is essential for this role. Data processing & visualization: You have experience working with data processing and visualization tools. Knowledge of Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or Metabase is a plus. These tools can also be developed further during the internship. Data & digital mindset: You are genuinely curious about data, technology, and digital products, and ideally have some exposure to data science or advanced analytics. Curiosity & proactivity: You naturally ask questions, explore new topics, and look for ways to improve things. You are not afraid to take initiative and learn independently. Rigor & autonomy: You are rigorous, resourceful, and independent, with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of your work. Communication: You can clearly explain your ideas, findings, and recommendations, adapting your communication to both technical and non-technical audiences. Languages: you are proficient in English.
