Data Analyst Intern – Growth & Strategy (Performance Marketing)

About the Role

We're looking for a curious and analytical Growth Analytics Intern to help us grow our portfolio of newsletters. You'll work closely with the founders to analyze marketing performance, build dashboards, uncover growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable insights that improve subscriber acquisition and retention.

Stipend : 10,000 INR

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Beehiiv, and other growth channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track subscriber growth, marketing spend, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, retention, and other key metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and optimize budgets.
• Analyze newsletter, landing page, and acquisition funnel performance.
• Assist in A/B testing and measure experiment results.
• Automate recurring reports using Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Present weekly insights and recommendations to support growth and business decisions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with open-source analytics, data engineering, visualization, and automation tools such as PostgreSQL, Metabase, PostHog, n8n, DuckDB, Docker, Git/GitHub, and similar platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Charts).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital marketing metrics.
• Basic Python (Pandas) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and think from a business perspective.
