ABOUT THE MANAGER GROWTH AND STRATEGY ROLE: WIN is looking for a Manager - Growth & Strategy to join our growing team in India. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role focused on connecting the dots across the business, identifying gaps, driving alignment, and ensuring strategic priorities move forward effectively. This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks in systems, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys working across teams to improve execution, accountability, and business momentum. You will work closely with leadership and teams across India and the US to understand how the business is operating, identify what is missing, and help drive initiatives to completion. This is not a purely operational coordination role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, drives follow-through, and ensures work gets done - even in fast-moving and evolving environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities Connect the dots across functions, teams, and initiatives to improve alignment and execution Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities across the business Follow up consistently to ensure strategic and operational priorities move forward effectively Drive accountability and ownership across teams without relying on hierarchy Coordinate and collaborate with teams across India and the US to ensure smooth communication and execution Support high-impact business initiatives across operations, product, customer experience, growth, and strategy Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and evolving business needs Work independently while managing multiple moving priorities simultaneously Roll up your sleeves when needed to help teams move faster and achieve outcomes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, consulting, growth, or cross-functional leadership roles Strong ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders effectively Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Ability to identify patterns, connect business insights, and think strategically Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complexity WHAT WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR: Someone who naturally notices what’s missing and takes initiative to solve it Someone who ensures work gets done instead of waiting for instructions Someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution Someone who is collaborative, proactive, and highly dependable Someone who is comfortable interacting with teams across functions and countries Someone who thrives in high-accountability, fast-growth environments WHY JOIN US?
