About the Role:
Anytime Fitness in Edmonds, WA is looking for a sharp and motivated Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions and help us better serve our members. If you love numbers, storytelling through data, and making a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership, revenue, and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models for reporting purposes
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven analysis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and statistical modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with Python or R is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $33.50 - $35.67 per hour
