About The Role

Join the risk analytics team and turn transaction data into early-warning signals. You'll partner with credit, fraud, and ops to harden how Ghana's largest indigenous bank lends and protects customers.

What you'll do

• Author weekly and monthly risk dashboards for leadership
• Investigate fraud patterns and propose new detection rules
• Partner with engineering to productionise analytical models
• Translate complex data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders
  
  

What we're looking for

• Strong SQL and Excel fundamentals
• Working knowledge of Python (pandas) for analysis
• Experience translating data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Nice to have

• Banking or fintech domain experience
• Exposure to ML for fraud
• dbt + Snowflake
