Location: Hybrid role based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, or Hudson, Ohio, United States. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

What you will do
- Extract, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel.
- Identify patterns, trends, customer behaviors, operational metrics, and business opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, templates, queries, and repeatable analytical workflows.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for sales, operations, product, finance, and leadership.
- Validate analyses, document methodologies and assumptions, and improve analytical accuracy and consistency.
- Explore AI tools and emerging analytical methods to reduce manual work and improve insight quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, economics, business, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, visualization, and analysis.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization and BI platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, subscription, or managed service business models.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Experience developing dashboards and repeatable analytical processes.
