Role Scope & Purpose: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role transforms raw data into clear, compelling narratives through dashboards, reports, and analyses that help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities. The Data Analyst serves as a key resource across departments - working with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to answer data-driven questions and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Dashboard Management Build, maintain, and update reporting dashboards Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports Standardize reporting frameworks Troubleshoot data discrepancies Performance Analysis & Insights Analyze marketing performance across channels Identify trends, opportunities, and issues Translate data into actionable insights Support decision-making with clear reporting Platform & Tracking Management Work within CRMs, data platforms, and call tracking tools Ensure proper tracking and attribution Validate data integrity across sources Support tagging and tracking implementation Reporting Consistency & Support Maintain standardized reporting processes Support internal and client-facing reporting needs Collaborate with activation teams Ensure timely delivery of reports 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases. Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar). Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear business insights. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy standards Strong english proficiency (B1- C1) Nice to have Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, or automation. Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar). Familiarity with dbt for data transformation. Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance analysis.
