Program Description: This remote traineeship as a Data Analyst Trainee involves supporting the collection, cleaning, and organization of healthcare-related data from various sources. The trainee will assist in basic data analysis, preparation of reports, and visual summaries to help internal teams and partners understand key trends. Daily tasks include working with spreadsheets or analytics tools, documenting methodologies, and collaborating with senior analysts to validate findings. The role also involves communicating insights clearly, following data quality standards, and contributing to ongoing analytical projects under guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities to interpret datasets and identify patterns.
• Basic understanding of Statistics to support quantitative analysis and validation of findings.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts to help structure and organize data for analysis.
• Clear Communication skills to present insights and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, or R is a plus).
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, curiosity about healthcare and global markets, and the ability to learn quickly in a remote environment.
