Program Description This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst trainee will work with healthcare-related datasets, clean and validate data, and prepare reports and dashboards that support internal teams and partner providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting exploratory data analysis, applying basic statistical techniques, and assisting in building or refining data models to answer business questions. The trainee will collaborate with team members to translate data findings into clear insights, support ongoing analytical projects, and document methods and results for future reference.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and working with structured datasets.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams is important.
