Data Analyst with Dataiku / Talend / Alteryx

Key Responsibilities:

• ETL & Workflow Management: Design, build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL workflows to support complex business reporting needs.
• Data Reconciliation & Analysis: Develop and automate end-to-end data reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across complex credit datasets.
• Data Quality & Governance: Continuously monitor data reliability, identify inconsistencies, and uphold strict data governance standards across the data lifecycle.
• Technical Documentation & Testing: Write comprehensive technical specifications for development work and conduct rigorous unit testing to guarantee workflow accuracy.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in project meetings to ensure alignment, collaborating closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to implement workflow improvements.

Requirements:

• ETL & Tool Proficiency: Proven experience in developing with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Talend, with a strong preference for Dataiku.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in SQL for managing large, complex datasets, paired with basic Python skills for data preprocessing/automation and experience with version control (Dataiku GIT).
• Financial Data Expertise: Demonstrated background in end-to-end data reconciliation and robust data quality management, preferably within a financial or corporate credit environment.
• Agile & SDLC Experience: Strong track record of working in Agile environments, covering the full development lifecycle from writing tech specs and unit testing to production deployment.
• Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent written and verbal English skills, combined with a strong logical reasoning foundation and the ability to thrive in an international, cross-regional setup.
