A Day in the Life

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will support business intelligence, reporting, data management, and analytics initiatives within Medtronic Türkiye. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, performance reporting, and business planning activities. Working closely with the Data Analytics team, you will help transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Internship Details

• Start date: December 2026

• Location: Istanbul, Türkiye

• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)

• Working hours: 40 hours/week

• Work model: hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain business and commercial datasets.

• Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools, including Power BI dashboards where required.

• Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.

• Analyze business performance trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Support automation and process improvement initiatives, as well as ongoing digital transformation and data governance activities.

• Prepare presentations and summaries for business reviews and leadership discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting requests.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field

• Fluency in Turkish and good command of English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn and work in a data-driven environment

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools
