Torentify## About the Role
Alois Kober GmbH is seeking an **SAP Data Analytics Manager / Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d)** to help build, operate, and further develop its data and analytics platform based on **SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere**.
In this role, you will support data integration and modeling, develop reporting and analytics solutions, contribute to AI/GenAI use cases, and help ensure that the organization's data platform is ready for modern analytics and artificial intelligence applications.
## Key Responsibilities
* Set up, support, and further develop the data and analytics platform based on SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.
* Build and maintain a reliable data foundation for reporting and AI/GenAI use cases.
* Ensure the ongoing operation and support of the BI and data platform.
* Perform data integration and data modeling in SAP Datasphere.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that support business decision-making.
* Maintain and optimize existing data and analytics solutions.
* Coordinate external service providers, including quality assurance and acceptance management.
* Lead transformation projects, such as migrations from BW 7.5 to SAP BDC, Datasphere, and SAC.
* Ensure the data platform is prepared for AI use cases.
* Support GenAI and LLM-related use cases.
* Collaborate across business and technical functions to develop modern data and reporting architectures.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field.
* Interest in data, reporting, and analytics within the SAP environment.
* Passion for data modeling, data integration, and modern reporting architectures.
* Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
* Interest in data standards, data quality, and governance.
* Openness to new technologies, particularly AI and GenAI applications.
* Self-motivated approach and willingness to learn.
* Strong ability to collaborate across functions.
* Fluency in **German and English**.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Approximately **3–4 years of professional experience in an SAP BW environment**.
* Experience in SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), Controlling, IT, or related fields.
* Experience with SAP analytics technologies such as **SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)**.
* Experience coordinating external service providers or supporting transformation projects.

## Education & Experience
A **Bachelor's degree** in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field is required. Approximately **3–4 years of professional experience in an SAP BW environment** is identified as a plus. Experience in SAP, BI, Controlling, IT, or related areas is also desirable.
