  • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data models for both operational and executive reporting purposes.
  • Produce flash, weekly, monthly and period-end reporting to support programme performance monitoring and assurance activities.
  • Analyse data and provide meaningful insights, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Distribute reporting outputs to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build strong working relationships with project teams, PMO colleagues and clients to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
  • Support reporting reviews, governance meetings and assurance processes.

Reporting Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and improve reporting procedures, processes, tools and governance frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain a reporting request, issue and enhancement log, ensuring requests are reviewed, prioritised and managed effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency, accuracy and usability.
  • Ensure reporting outputs remain aligned with client requirements and organisational standards.

Reporting Administration

  • Manage report access, user permissions and audience roles across reporting platforms.
  • Support data quality reviews and validation activities.
  • Coordinate and manage ad hoc intensive reporting requirements during major programme events, disruptive possessions or critical delivery periods.

Additional Duties

  • Support wider PMO, programme performance and governance activities as required.
  • Undertake other duties that contribute to the effective delivery of programme controls and reporting objectives.

Desirable
