🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Center Technician to support data center operations, hardware management, infrastructure maintenance, and technical support activities within an international environment.

The role requires hands-on experience working with data center infrastructure, equipment installation, cabling, hardware troubleshooting, and operational support procedures.

🛠 Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot data center equipment.
Perform rack and stack activities.
Support hardware deployment and infrastructure changes.
Manage inventory and asset tracking activities.
Assist with cabling installation and labeling.
Support data center operational procedures and standards.
Monitor infrastructure and perform basic diagnostic activities.
Create operational documentation and reports.
Coordinate activities with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to operational and security procedures.

💻 Requirements

Hands-on experience with server and network device installation.
Understanding of rack layouts, PDUs, cabling standards, and labeling procedures.
Basic networking knowledge, including LAN concepts and patching.
Familiarity with asset management and inventory systems.
Ability to follow data center procedures and operational standards.
Experience troubleshooting hardware components.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Ability to handle and move IT/data center equipment when required.
