Best Workplace. For more information, visit thehwpgroup.com . What You Need to Know We are looking to add a Data Control Coordinator to our Business Compliance – Post Meeting / Closeout team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate closeout of all speaker bureau programs in accordance with HWP and client requirements. The Data Control Coordinator is accountable to the SVP, Business Compliance. What You’ll Do Collect, review, and reconcile meeting closeout documentation from client field representatives, ensuring all required materials are complete, accurate, and submitted on time Enter program and attendee information into applicable databases with a high level of accuracy, following HWP and client-specific requirements Proactively follow up with field representatives to resolve missing documentation, data discrepancies, and other closeout issues; escalate complex or time-sensitive matters to the supervisor as appropriate Conduct quality-control reviews of scanned and saved program files to confirm documents are complete, clearly labeled, and stored in accordance with company standard Partner closely with the meeting planning team to investigate and resolve discrepancies between meal counts and attendee records Support an efficient, compliant closeout process by maintaining organized records, meeting established deadlines, and communicating status updates clearly What You’ll Have High level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft® Suite (Outlook and Access) Strong numerical aptitude Ability to multi-task and manage priorities Deadline focused Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and follow up for information Effective communication skills What We Offer Immediate eligibility for all benefits, including medical, dental, vision, group term life, short-term and long-term disability Benefits 100% company paid 401k plan employer matching contributions Eligibility for company sponsored incentive plans Generous PTO, including a week off in December for the holidays Paid volunteer time off Tuition reimbursement On-site gym and other employee wellness initiatives Employee Assistance Program Comp pay or comp time for onsite weekend work Availability of cell-phone stipends, based on business need Leadership development training program and other career development programs Remote and hybrid work schedule options Office locations in Upper Saddle River NJ (HQ), Red Bank NJ, and San Diego CA Salary range: $48,000-54,000 annually.
