What We Offer Competitive compensation, incentives and shift allowances Attractive Benefits (Provident Fund, Medical Insurance & more) Engaging Employee Programs & Local Events Technology for remote/hybrid working and great onsite facilities in Bangalore What You’ll Be Doing Investigate discrepant data and issue queries to sites/sponsors to verify or obtain demographic and visit information Enter resolutions and revisions across operational systems Process and file source data once workflows are complete Maintain departmental metrics and participate in required training programmes Report equipment and system issues promptly Keep accurate and complete Data Coordination files in line with SOPs Archive closed studies upon study lock notification Support data reconciliation activities to meet sponsor timelines Attend Project Assurance meetings and provide feedback Assist in training new temporary employees What We Look For BS or BA degree in life sciences or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of data processing experience Proven expertise in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Strong proficiency in data entry and typing Demonstrated ability in organisation, problem solving and communication Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills Based in or able to work from Bangalore (on-site or hybrid) At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
