Job Title: Reporting/ Data Analyst – Level I- Data Coordinator

Job Location: Atlanta, GA / Hybrid (3 days in office)

Project Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Job Summary:

Seeking a Data Coordinator to support reporting, data analytics, database management, and supply chain operations. Reporting of data for nutrition ingredients and regulatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and report business data.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Support supply chain, quality, nutrition ingredient, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage product databases and maintain data accuracy.
• Use Power BI reports, customer databases, and internal reporting tools.
• Collaborate with scientific, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support business projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in CPG, supply chain, analytics, or laboratory operations.
• Experience in reporting, data entry, database management, and data analysis.
• CRM/ ERP tolls, Power BI customer database other internal tools (no Power BI building needed but a plus- (Not mandatory).
