🟡 Salary: B2B contract 150-200 PLN h/net + VAT

You'll take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of Data, BI and AI projects, combining delivery management with close client collaboration. You'll work across scope, budget, timelines, risks and quality while coordinating consulting and expert teams and supporting selected sales activities.

What you'll actually work on?

• You will build trusted relationships with clients and act as their partner.
• Manage a portfolio of Data and BI projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate consulting and team of experts, including Architects, Data Engineers, BI Consultants.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and work with the relevant people to address them.
• Responsibility for business growth - work on proposals, estimations and client presentations
• Help shape and improve delivery standards, including methodologies, governance and ways of working.

What we're looking for?

• Strong experience in building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and acting as a trusted partner throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience delivering Data Platform, BI, or Cloud transformations
• Practical knowledge of business use case for: Azure, Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• Understanding of modern data platform architecture, cloud environments and enterprise delivery standards and their place in enterprise ecosystem
• Experience in a consulting, enterprise or customer-facing technology environment
• Fluent English, at least B2/C1
