Data Engineer

Full-time | Remote

Haven is helping a product company in the consumer subscription and food-tech space find a Data Engineer.

You will initially own the company’s Marketing BI stack, consolidating advertising spend, attribution, predicted LTV, and revenue data. Over time, the role will expand into product analytics, experimentation, and broader data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for marketing and product data.
• Integrate data from ad platforms, MMPs, revenue sources, and product analytics tools.
• Create a centralized system for analyzing campaign performance.
• Build dashboards for predicted LTV, long-term ROAS, CAC, revenue, and payback.
• Structure reporting by campaign, ad set, geography, and platform.
• Investigate discrepancies between attribution, advertising, revenue, and product data.
• Maintain data accuracy as new channels and sources are added.
• Support marketing and product leaders with complex data analysis.
• Gradually expand the data infrastructure to support product analytics and experimentation.

Requirements

• Experience building data pipelines and BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake or similar.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Understanding of data modeling, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across teams.

• Experience with consumer subscription or mobile app products.
• Experience with MMP and advertising platform data.
• Experience building or supporting predicted LTV models.
• Understanding of long-term ROAS, cohort analysis, and payback metrics.
