The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The Data Engineer / Full Stack Data developer designs, builds, and maintains end‑to‑end data solutions across ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers. This role develops scalable data pipelines, curated data models, and data services that support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications, while also providing front‑end support through effective Power BI semantic modeling and visualization design. The developer applies best practices in Power BI report development, performance optimization, and user‑centric visualization to ensure insights are clear, accurate, and actionable. Partnering closely with data, analytics, and business teams, the role ensures data solutions are reliable, secure, and production‑ready through strong engineering discipline and data governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end solutions across front‑end, back‑end, and data layers Build and support user‑facing applications and services, ensuring usability, performance, and reliability Create and optimize data models and backend logic to ensure accurate, scalable data consumption Implement front‑end components and visualizations aligned with user and business requirements Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through sound engineering practices Collaborate with product owners, designers, data, and platform teams to translate requirements into solutions Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain high quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full technology stack Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement of development practices Key Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience developing and supporting full stack applications across front‑end, back‑end, and data layers Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data storytelling. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake). Solid understanding of data modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and dimensional design. Proven ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
