This position focuses on ensuring reliable and timely movement of data between platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, SFTP environments, and enterprise data warehouse solutions to support operational reporting, analytics, dashboards, and business processes.
This role will collaborate closely with BI analysts, CRM administrators, Data Platform teams, and Data Science initiatives to support evolving business requirements, semantic-layer development, reporting transformations, and analytics-ready datasets.

Reruns failed ETL jobs, reporting tables, and scheduled integration processes to keep reporting and operational data available on time. Supports daily data processing and time-sensitive reporting requirements. Monitors pipeline execution and tunes existing integrations to catch issues early and improve reliability before they affect downstream analytics.
Data Engineering, Transformation & Semantic Layer Support: Develops and maintains reporting views, transformation logic, curated datasets, and semantic-layer objects that power business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Translates business and reporting requirements into reporting-ready datasets and reusable transformation processes. Creates and updates data warehouse objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures, while onboarding new Salesforce fields and data sources into enterprise reporting environments. Standardizes business logic, KPI calculations, and reporting definitions, and optimizes query and semantic-layer performance across analytics platforms.
Analytics & Reporting Support: Collaborates with BI analysts, CRM administrators, and Data Platform teams to meet reporting, dashboarding, and operational data needs. Prepares and curates datasets that support Data Science, predictive modeling, and AI initiatives. Participates in discussions on business requirements, reporting structures, and analytics solutions. Communicates technical issues, integration impacts, and implementation updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provides troubleshooting support for reporting and data integration issues.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintains technical documentation for ETL pipelines, workflows, transformation logic, semantic-layer objects, configurations, and support procedures. Follows established standards and best practices for data governance, security, and change management. Researches emerging cloud, ETL, semantic modeling, and data engineering technologies to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. Participates in training and professional development in data engineering, cloud data platforms, and analytics engineering practices.
