Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy AI-driven solutions for new clients.
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines, data quality, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement bug fixes, and manage system upgrades.
• Analyse and deliver client change requests and technical enhancements.
• Manage support tickets and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Collaborate with Project, Product, and technical teams to improve platform performance and reliability.
• Identify risks, document solutions, and strengthen operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Science, or Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, pandas, and NumPy.
• Cloud - Azure + points for Databricks
• Solid understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working in a client-facing technical environment.
