About The Role
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Administrative professional to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records across various digital systems.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and can manage repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
The Data Entry Administrative professional will work with internal teams to ensure information is entered correctly, records remain up to date, and administrative processes are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Record Management
- Accurately enter information into databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other company platforms.
- Review documents and source information for completeness and accuracy before entering data.
- Update existing records and ensure information remains current.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate records.
- Organize digital files, documents, spreadsheets, and administrative records.
- Maintain accurate electronic records in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform regular data checks and quality-control reviews.
- Convert information from documents, forms, emails, and other sources into digital records.
- Assist with data cleanup, formatting, sorting, filtering, and verification.
- Retrieve information from databases and systems when requested by management or other departments.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to managers and other team members.
- Prepare, update, and format spreadsheets, reports, forms, and documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Process and track administrative requests and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and routine office coordination when required.
- Support inventory, order, customer, employee, or operational record maintenance as applicable.
- Assist with preparing basic reports and summaries from collected data.
- Monitor shared inboxes or administrative communication channels and route requests to the appropriate team member.
- Perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned.
Data Quality Confidentiality
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and handling information.
- Compare entered information against original documents to identify discrepancies.
- Follow established data-entry procedures, naming conventions, and formatting standards.
- Handle confidential company, customer, employee, or financial information responsibly.
- Follow company policies relating to privacy, information security, and document retention.
- Immediately report significant data discrepancies, missing information, or potential security concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain organized records that can be easily accessed by authorized personnel.
Remote Work Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, office support, or related experience preferred.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.

- Experience processing large amounts of information accurately.
- Familiarity with electronic document management and cloud-storage platforms.
