Data Entry Analysis - Entry Level - Remote 100%

NOTE: Only for US residence We are looking for an organized and thorough specialist for our Customer Maintenance team. To be successful, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of CRMs and an understanding of how they work together. Responsibilities: Creating/Approving and Processing cases in Salesforce Processing: Refunds and Credits Cancelling Accounts as needed Reviewing accounts to verify correct billing Correcting billing and other errors in billing system Reactivating canceled accounts Voiding Payments Process changes as needed Any other project as assigned Required Minimum of one to two years of Data Entry/Analysis Self-starter must be productive with minimal direction Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment.
