Data Entry Operator - Advertising As a Data Entry Operator you will be part of a team recording advertising pages following specific methodology for the analysis of the features requested by clients. 💡 ABOUT THE PRINT DATA ENTRY TEAM We are a diverse and multinational team of hard workers that values collaboration, takes a "hands on" approach, we're problem solvers and we like having fun while we're at it. The Print Data Entry team monitors magazines, analyzes how brands are treated and records data according to our own methodology in order to be able to deliver consistent data to clients. Our mission is to register data with specific deadlines after the publication of magazines. 🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE As a Data Entry Operator you will be part of a team recording advertising pages following specific methodology for the analysis of the features requested by clients. You’ll work on magazines for different countries based on the timing needs for Data Delivery. You will be trained, supported and managed by the Data Entry Team leader who will assign you the tasks for the recording of Print Data in our Database. Missions: Recording of Advertisements in our Database. Work on magazines of different countries / languages Collaborate with other team members. Contribute to maintain good timings of the recording. Follow the inputs given by your manager to maintain the high quality of our Database. 🏆 ABOUT YOU Your Profile Communication, Humanistic, Linguistic or similar High school or Degree. Mid level English. Analytical ability. Attention to detail/Precision Basic knowledge on G-Suite and/or Office package. Good communication skills. You’ll be our rockstar if You have knowledge of other languages such as Italian. You have worked on similar projects about data filtering or querying in the past.
