Job Summary Performs basic routine tasks in data entry in the field of Clerical Services. Little to no problem-solving is required, but needs to adhere closely to a defined process and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities Administration - Conduct data entry into company systems, and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible. Work Scheduling and Allocation - Work according to an assigned schedule. Document Management - File records or documents as instructed. Document Preparation - Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them. Data Collection and Analysis - Perform basic data entry tasks.
Accountabilities
1. Verify receipt and check all pieces of the image delivery.
2. Complete electronic summary check list.
3. Electronically zone segments of the file: CWU with complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages and Unused data.
4. Process Patent applications by moving images into the proper folders when required.
5. Process problem files according to established procedures.
6. Assist in training new employees and contribute to resolve problems when appropriate.
7. Meet and/or exceed established quantity and quality production metrics.
8. Actively participate in continuous process improvement projects.
9. Performs other job related duties as required.
Qualifications
1. High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
2. Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment.
3. Good knowledge of computer applications (mouse, keyboard and windows application).
4. Strong attention to and concern for detail.
5. Problem solving ability.
6. Ability to acquire and retain a vast amount of information.
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
8. Practices continuous self-development.
9. Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
10. Ability to pass all pre-employment testing.
11. Ability to replicate test document with source document by following instructions.
12. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
13. Must successfully complete LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance.
14. Candidates must be located in the Greater Philadelphia or Greater Pittsburgh areas.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $30,300 - $50,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
