Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Data Entry Operator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining information across company databases, spreadsheets, digital systems, and other records.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
- Review source documents and verify information before entering it into internal systems.
- Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or incorrect information and take appropriate steps to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records and files.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information is complete, consistent, and accurate.
- Organize and maintain digital documents, records, and spreadsheets according to company procedures.
- Convert information from emails, forms, PDFs, scanned documents, and other sources into structured digital records.
- Update existing customer, employee, inventory, financial, or operational information as required.
- Assist with data cleanup, formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic spreadsheet management.
- Perform data verification and cross-check information against original sources.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data when required.
- Follow established data-entry procedures, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company, customer, employee, or business information.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors or relevant departments regarding missing or unclear information.
- Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.
- Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks related to data management.
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives designed to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, clerical work, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, or similar productivity tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately transfer information from different sources.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
