We're hiring a Data Entry Strategist to keep our marketing and recruiting data clean, connected, and usable — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between our tools.

What You'll Own

Outreach & Prospecting
• Source contact and email information for prospects and candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Set up and configure AI tools to generate personalized outreach messages at scale; tailoring hooks and value props to each prospect or candidate rather than sending generic copy
• Draft and send outreach emails and messages to prospective clients and passive candidates
• Track outreach activity and follow up on responses in a timely, organized way

Recruiting Support
• Identify relevant job postings across platforms and apply on behalf of active searches using prepared resumes/profiles
• Monitor application status and coordinate next steps with the recruiting team

Email & Deliverability
• Check and manage inboxes, flagging and routing items that need attention
• Monitor email deliverability (opens, bounces, spam placement) and flag issues early
• Support domain/inbox health checks as needed

Data & Admin
• Organize and maintain Excel data files: cleaning, formatting, and updating records accurately
• Handle general administrative tasks to support the marketing and recruiting teams
• Keep documentation and trackers current so nothing gets lost between handoffs

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years in a data entry, operations, or systems-support role
• Highly detail-oriented — this role is judged on accuracy
• Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new platforms quickly
• Process-minded: sees a messy workflow and wants to fix it, not just push through it
