Key Objectives Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Support team members by providing timely and reliable data entry assistance. Maintain organized records and assist in data verification processes. Responsibilities Input data from various sources including paper documents, electronic files, and verbal instructions. Verify accuracy of data before and after entry to minimize errors. Review and correct data inconsistencies or discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates. Generate reports and summaries as needed to support operational needs. Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably in a software or technology environment. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
