■Core Mission

The Data Solution Division is a specialized team dedicated to driving client business growth through data leverage. Within this group, the Senior Data & AI Project Manager plays a critical role in executing highly tailored, client-specific initiatives in response to increasingly sophisticated market demand.

Project scope extends beyond core technical execution—such as data platform engineering and BI dashboard development—to encompass complex cross-functional challenges. These include facilitating inter-departmental alignment, stakeholder negotiation, and building sustainable governance structures. The core mission is to lead high-complexity initiatives with strong execution drive, bringing diverse stakeholders together to ensure successful delivery.

■Responsibilities

You will be primarily responsible for: (1) Project Management (PM), (2) Proposal Activities, and (3) Business Development and Organizational Strengthening.

(1) Project Management (PM)

・As the lead on data and AI infrastructure development projects, you will oversee the overall progress and ensure the projects’ success.

・Manage QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) based on proposal content; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; and manage project progress.

・Identify and control risks, and formulate countermeasures in collaboration with the project lead

・(For candidates with a technical background) You may also be involved in implementing data infrastructure and data pipelines, as well as conducting code reviews

② Proposal Activities

・Collaborate with sales and pre-sales staff to support business negotiations, including attending meetings and preparing proposals and quotes

・Define the scope, design objectives, and build consensus for the next phase of ongoing projects

③ Business Development × Organizational Strengthening Activities

・Planning and proposing improvements to the functionality of in-house products such as TROCCO, as well as new feature ideas

・Planning new solutions and services, and creating use cases

・Planning and executing capacity-building and process improvement initiatives that extend beyond individual projects to encompass the entire business division

Required

*Meet all of the following

・Experience as a project management leader in the IT and data utilization fields (5+ years)

・Experience leading projects with teams of 5 or more people

・Experience understanding clients’ business challenges and taking the lead in clarifying requirements and defining project scope

Preferred

*Experience or expertise in any of the following (items marked with ★ are especially welcome)

★ Experience leading data infrastructure projects, including DWH construction and data pipeline design

★ Experience in proposal and implementation projects for CDP, SFA, and MA products

★ Project experience and expertise in the SCM or HR domains

★ Experience leading implementation projects for BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)

★ Experience leading service design and implementation projects for generative AI

・Experience in client negotiations and proposal activities (e.g., preparing proposals, responding to RFPs)

・Experience participating in new service development or business development projects

・Experience driving initiatives for team building and organizational development
