Ingram Micro is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that support our Sales Excellence organization. In this role, you will create business value by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze aggregated data, build dashboards, uncover opportunities, and effectively communicate actionable recommendations to the business.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including sales, customer behavior, market trends, and internal operations, to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Derive meaningful insights from data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and business stakeholders.
• Develop KPI reporting that helps leaders measure business performance and make informed decisions.
• Support initiatives focused on sales performance, profitability, customer engagement, pipeline management, and account optimization.
• Deliver both recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses to answer evolving business questions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of professional experience, including at least one year in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Experience with DAX and Power Query.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise data environments or platforms such as Google BigQuery.
• Background in sales analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, or commercial reporting.
• Knowledge of forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical analysis.
• Microsoft PL-300 certification, or a desire to pursue certification.

You're equally comfortable building a dashboard, analyzing trends, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who can not only analyze data, but also build relationships, influence decisions, and help drive meaningful business outcomes.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
