Job Title: Data Integrity Clerk

Location: Remote/Langhorne, PA

Position Purpose

Provides clerical support through the accurate and timely electronic filing of patient documents. Responsible for reviewing incoming electronic faxes in OnBase and indexing, routing, and attaching documents to the appropriate patient records within Epic. Ensures the integrity and organization of the electronic medical record while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. This is a fully remote position that requires strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.

As a Data Integrity Clerk, you will:

• Review incoming electronic faxes within OnBase.
• Identify and verify patient information to ensure documents are matched to the correct medical record.
• File, index, and attach documents accurately within Epic.
• Perform quality checks to ensure documentation is complete, legible, and assigned correctly.
• Escalate incomplete, duplicate, or questionable documents to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards established by the department.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of experience reviewing, sorting, filing, indexing, or managing electronic documents (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
