About the role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Intern to support our CRM implementation project. The internship focuses on preparing, validating, cleaning, and structuring business data before it is imported into Salesforce. The role involves extensive work in Excel, data matching, reconciliation activities, and collaboration with multiple business teams What do we have to offer? Clean, validate, and organize datasets prior to import Review and correct inconsistent, duplicate, or incomplete records Perform data matching and reconciliation across multiple sources Support customer, account, contact, and product data preparation activities Create and maintain Excel-based validation and control files Identify data quality issues and escalate exceptions Assist with mapping and structuring information according to predefined business rules Support reporting and progress tracking activities Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Project teams Participate in testing and verification of imported data What do you have to offer? Student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Comfortable working with large volumes of data Good organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes Good English communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to work independently and in a multi-team project mode (meet deadlines) Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including: - XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH - Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts - Conditional Formatting - Data Validation rules - Text-to-Columns, Flash Fill, Remove Duplicates - Advanced filtering and sorting - IF, IFS, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and logical formulas - Data cleansing and standardization techniques - Working with large datasets (10,000+ records) - Cross-file data reconciliation and matching - Error identification and data quality checks Basic Power Query knowledge is considered a strong advantage Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
