#LI-JSS #LI-Hybrid Essential Functions and Primary Duties Perform essential tasks necessary to support internal team members in the quest of providing comprehensive retirement consulting, administration and/or actuarial services May assist in preparation and production of professional materials in Word, Excel and Outlook Attention to detail and work in a fast pace environment Manage incoming correspondence, including processing, logging, and digital filing Assist and maintain Excel worksheets Managing a book of business to include all aspects of the retirement plan cycle Data collection from various record keepers Data management and compliance Managing client contributions from various record keepers Client data to include sensitive information for processing Able to work in a team environment Additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Zero to Two year of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry Proficient use of applicable technology Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with digital data management/filing system is an asset Ability to manage multiple project and deliverable simultaneously Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to follow standard procedures Ability to work cooperatively with others Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
