About the role About the Role Data is a critical asset for HL. To support business transformation and unlock value through BI, analytics, machine learning, and data products, we require a robust, scalable data platform. This role works across the organisation to understand business capabilities and evolve our platform and data foundations to meet current and future needs. What You’ll Be Doing Play a key role in a major organisation‑wide transformation. Partner with technical and business leaders to understand processes, data flows, challenges, and opportunities, and design solutions that deliver better outcomes. Define the technical vision, strategy, and governance for the data platform in collaboration with the core team. Identify and drive opportunities to simplify and improve how the organisation works with data. Shape and develop a high‑performing team of experienced data professionals. Lead technical delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation. Build a culture focused on purpose, excellence, and meaningful impact. About You Strong leadership experience in complex organisations. Proven track record of leading transformational change. Ability to partner effectively with multiple business areas and work with a one‑team mindset. Extensive experience delivering data capabilities that enable colleagues to access and use data effectively. Comfortable operating under pressure, managing competing priorities, and driving clarity and results. Why us?
