The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Processing Programmer to join our research team. This role offers hands-on experience, direct client exposure, and strong growth potential in a supportive and energetic setting.

What You’ll Do

• Set up/ script surveys on web-based platforms
• Process survey data using SPSS and other tools: including data cleaning, recoding, cross-tabulations, significance testing, cluster analysis, correspondence analysis, and more
• Coordinate with and manage fieldwork teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery
• (Optional) Contribute to research activities such as survey design, analysis, and reporting - based on your interest and capability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong logical and analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of scripting, data processing, and data analytics
• Familiarity with web-based survey scripting tools
• A few years of experience in data processing and statistical analysis using SPSS, R, or Python (syntax proficiency is essential)
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Committed to delivering high-quality work with a results-oriented mindset
