We are looking for a Data Protection Expert (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Helsinki or Turku – flexible working conditions available Your Responsibilities You are the point of contact for business departments and management, providing advice on data protection matters and related topics. As part of our international and diverse team, you manage the data protection management system and take a broader view as part of our integrated management system (e.g. information security and compliance). You work in project teams on exciting topics such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, ensuring that processes and services are designed in compliance with data protection requirements. You develop data protection policies and concepts, conduct data protection audits, and derive appropriate organizational and technical measures from the findings. You monitor legal developments in data protection as well as customer requirements and derive appropriate measures. You design and deliver data protection training sessions. Your Profile You have a completed university degree with a focus on business/economics or law, ideally with a legal qualification. You have specialist expertise in data protection and already have two to three years of professional experience. You have a strong ability to analyze data protection requirements and develop targeted solutions for both operational activities and projects. You demonstrate an independent and proactive way of working, combined with a strong service and solution-oriented mindset. You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, assertiveness, and excellent negotiation skills. You enjoy working in an international environment and communicate confidently in Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish would be an additional advantage.
