What is this role about?
McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Data Analyst for our Corporate Enterprise. This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the flow of data across systems and business processes. Responsible for addressing the intake form and maintaining high data integrity standards to support Data Governance quality control checks.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct routine checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, or gaps.
- Provide an exceptional level of internal customer service by responding to data-related inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Support internal reporting and analysis efforts by providing clean and reliable data.
- Collaborate cross-functionality to ensure data requirements are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Follow established procedures while also identifying opportunities to improve data entry and quality control processes.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's or advanced college degree in a related field such as business or technology.
- Proven experience in data entry, data quality, or a related role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data issues clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
- Experience with databases, CRM systems, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
