What you would do
As a Data Quality Analyst Assistant, you will support our core model of building and challenging business data. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity of the information that enters our workshop. This is a full time, permanent position where you will assist in the granular review of client data sets. Because we work with raw ledgers and financial documents, your day involves practical verification and auditing tasks.
- Reviewing incoming data files for consistency and completeness before they are used in financial models.
- Cross referencing entries in invoice ledgers against summary reports to identify discrepancies.
- Cleaning and formatting data sets to ensure they are ready for the builders and challengers to analyze.
- Documenting the steps taken during data validation to support our written arguments to clients.
- Flagging anomalies in pricing grids or industrial network data for further internal debate.
- Assisting in the reconstruction of business artifacts by ensuring every number is tied to a verified source.
- Maintaining the accuracy of our internal databases as we move through different client projects.
Helpful background
